Migrant and Seasonal Farm Workers Program

Federal regulations mandate that Job Centers/American Job Centers provide the same level of services to Migrant and Seasonal Farm Workers as are provided to Non-Migrant and Seasonal Farm Workers.

The goals of the program for eligible, low-income Migrant and Seasonal Farm Workers are to:

• Facilitate employment services to MSFWs as well as employment related law complaint systems.
• Conduct research to MSFWs at their working, living, and gathering places.
• Promote the Agricultural Recruitment System for U.S. workers, which connects job seekers who need employment to employers who need workers.
