CONN-OSHA’S alternative approach to adoption of the Federal OSHA Site-Specific Targeting (SST), CPL 02-01-062 December 14, 2020

Connecticut has its own targeting system set forth in our 5-year strategic plan and Connecticut has adequate whistleblower protection for employees in the public sector. CONN-OSHA identified the most hazardous industries in state and local government by evaluating data from serious citations (compliance) and recommendations (consultation) issued from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2019.
