PUBLIC SECTOR
Connecticut municipalities and state agencies must report
fatalities within 8 hours and inpatient hospitalizations,
amputations and loss of an eye within 24 hours to CONN-OSHA.

PRIVATE SECTOR
Connecticut private sector employers must report fatalities
within 8 hours and report inpatient hospitalizations,
amputations and loss of an eye within 24 hours to the
appropriate federal OSHA Area Office.
