Home Jobseekers
Are you looking for a new job or considering a career or job change?
What you can accomplish at one of our career fairs could take you months on your own! Our career fairs are conducted in various areas of the state in a professional, yet relaxed environment conducive to candidate-recruiter interaction. With more than thirteen years in the career fair business, we are confident that our venue allows for job seekers and employers to talk freely without the stress of a formal interview situation. Employers often use this initial encounter to decide who to contact for a follow-up interview. This is your chance to gain a competitive edge in the recruiting process!

Do you need special services to help find work?

Members of specific populations, such as veterans, women seeking non-traditional employment, older workers, persons with a disability, "dislocated" workers, or economically disadvantaged and at-risk youth, may be eligible for special services. Come and learn about the services you need to make the right choices in your job search or career moves at our career fairs.

What are the services that we provide to assist you in your job search?

Job Seeker Tip: You only have one chance to make an important first impression. Appropriate business dress is recommended and required.

At each fair, you will have the chance to meet with prospective employers, as well as take advantage of the following services:

  • Nationally Certified résumé writers available for résumé critiquing.
  • Information on CT JobCentral
  • Veterans Services Representatives to provide assistance and guidance.
  • Information about career opportunities available with State Agencies.

In the interest of those we serve, partnerships have been developed with local Chambers of Commerce, colleges and universities, Workforce Investment Boards and community-based organizations.
