SUBJECT: Final WIA PY 2002 Performance Information
Policy: Attachment B is each
individual area’s PY 2002 final performance data. This information has
been computed using the eight WIA areas in operation during PY 2002. It
will be used in the determination of performance sanctions and any incentives
that may be available for PY 2002. Please carefully review this final

Summary of Incentive & Sanctions Criteria
(from AP 01-13 Change 1)
Applied if a Board’s performance on any one of 17 measures falls below 80%.
Sanctions become more
failure on customer satisfaction measure;
three or more total
measures below 80%;
two years of sanctions.
Qualifying gate is reaching
80% of target on customer satisfaction.
