SUBJECT: Revised Supplemental Financial Report
Background: There has been considerable concern
over the low rates of obligations and expenditures for WIA throughout the
country, including Connecticut. We have been subject to reviews of this
information by our Regional Office.
To both address this concern and stay on top of this
situation, we have developed a revised WIA supplemental expenditure report
previously provided to you in AP 01-20 Change 1.
immediately, we are revising the WIA Monthly Supplemental Financial Report.
The revised report is attached. It is available in Microsoft Excel format
and is being forwarded electronically to a financial representative from
each WIA area.
The first report, which should include all planned
expenditures through June 30, 2002 and actual and/or accrued expenditures
through January 31, 2002, will be due electronically to Carl Buzzelli by
February 20, 2002 at email@example.com. Reports for months after
that are due 20 days after the end of the month being reported.
