Public Act #11-52 – Paid Sick Leave

Public Act No. 11-52, “An Act Mandating Employers Provide Paid Sick Leave to Employees,” becomes effective January 1, 2012. The following information is provided to assist employers and the general public in understanding and complying with the new legislation.
