CONNECTICUT TAP - The Connecticut Transition Assistance Program is a highly successful two-day program provided to separating military members and their spouses/significant others. The seminars take place twice per month, and provide information on a variety of topics designed to ease the transition from the military to civilian life.
How Do I Sign Up To Attend the TAP Program? - The Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) at the Submarine Base in Groton only keeps schedules for about one or two months into the future at the most.
If you are active duty military, simply call the FFSC and ask to be signed up for the next TAP program. Their phone number is (860) 694-3383.
If you are a Veteran who has already separated from the military, but would like to attend the TAP program, contact the Veterans Unit at the New London CT Works office, and ask for them to make arrangements for you to attend the next TAP program. Their phone number is (860) 439-7580.
