continued claim
Sunday, 12 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to
8 p.m.,

filing your initial (new) claim or reopen your claim Monday through Friday, 8
a.m. to 4 p.m. (E.S.T.),
based on the last digit of your social security number (SSN #).
