If
you received a letter entitled: Notice of Mandatory
Reemployment Services and Reemployment and Eligibility
Assessment Meeting (RES/REA),
please follow the required steps below.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled meeting to
allow adequate time for parking and check-in.
Please do not bring children with you to your meeting.
All forms and/or online requirements must be completed. Please
note that a late arrival and/or incomplete forms may require a
reschedule of your meeting.

The four forms below must be completed
and brought to your mandatory meeting. |

If you did not
receive the forms with your letter, please
print the forms, complete and bring to your
meeting. |

Next, you must access the on-line
claim system by clicking the button below. Log-in to your
account and select the RES/REA button and follow the directions
to complete your on-line forms. You must complete all forms
prior to your meeting. |
Please make sure your contact
information, including email address, is current and updated
on your account.

Information on
the services available through the CTWorks Career

for assessing your skills must be reviewed prior to your meeting
at the links below. You must access and review the two
recommended skills assessment tools below, MyNextMove
and mySkills myFuture, prior to your required RES/REA
meeting. You will be required to sign an acknowledgement
that you have used these tools when you report for your
RES/REA meeting. |
