Consulting Services offers no-cost onsite safety and health assistance to Connecticut employers for help in recognizing and correcting safety and health problems in their workplaces. Consulting Services provides consultations in the areas of safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, injury and illness prevention plans, and new business assistance. Each consulting visit is viewed by CONN-OSHA as an opportunity to help that employer incorporate the  key elements of an effective workplace injury and illness prevention plan into the way the business is run over the long term.

The consultation request must be initiated by the employer or a member of management.
