OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH GRANT

The Labor Commissioner, in consultation with the Commissioner of Public Health encourages the development and operation of Occupational Health Clinics and Auxiliary Health Clinics by making this grant available to public and non-profit organizations. For an organization to qualify for this grant the occupational health clinic must meet all the criteria identified in the Connecticut General Statute sections 31-396 to 31-403, inclusive.

Fiscal Year 2018 contract awards have been made.If you submitted a Request for Proposal for FY 2017 you will soon receive your award letter via U.S. Post. You must now submit the following documents, which once reviewed for completeness and accuracy, will result in the execution of your contract and the release of funds to your organization.
