Our Mission
To enhance economic development in Connecticut by addressing the special employment and training needs of both job seekers and employers.
What We Are
Connecticut Works is a unique collaboration of state, regional, and local organizations addressing the workforce development needs of the state - both our residents who are seeking jobs and the businesses who want to employ them.What We Do
Services offered to job seekers focus on career counseling, job search assistance and referral to skills training, while businesses receive recruiting, job training, and related support. There are presently nineteen Connecticut Works Centers open throughout the state.Where We Are
