CONN-OSHA Completes Outreach Series December 17 at Norwalk Inn & Conference

WETHERSFIELD – Employees with
the Connecticut Department of Labor’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health
will finish out their 2010 How Can We Help You? outreach seminar series
on Dec. 17 with a session at the Norwalk Inn & Conference
seminar, which begins with registration and a continental breakfast, will run
from 9 a.m. to noon at the hotel, located at 99 East Avenue.

committees at local companies and anyone having on-the-job OSHA-related

series of six seminars.

cost. Under this program, no fines are imposed or violations assessed.” Zinsser
added that CONN-OSHA also sponsors a number of informative workshops on such
topics as recordkeeping and the lockout/tagout procedure throughout the year.
Earlier outreach seminars were held at
the Waterbury Courtyard by Marriott on Nov. 3. The Omni Hotel in New Haven on
Nov. 5, the Nathan Hale Inn in Storrs/Mansfield on Nov. 10, the Hilton Mystic on
Nov. 17, and the Danbury Courtyard by Marriott on Nov. 19.
