Jobseekers should dress professionally and bring along plenty of résumés when they stop by the Middlesex Connecticut Career Fair taking place Wednesday, Oct. 27 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cromwell.

“Dozens of Connecticut companies are looking to hire Connecticut workers, so I urge residents to attend this fair,” Governor M. Jodi Rell said.  “This is an excellent opportunity for jobseekers from Middlesex County and throughout the state to talk with these area employers.”

Recruiters for more than 30 area companies will be on-site from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., looking to fill a wide range of positions ranging from management to entry level.

The Middlesex Career fair is sponsored by the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce, the Connecticut Department of Labor and the Workforce Alliance.
