Reminder: Manchester Job Fair is March 31

WETHERSFIELD, Jobseekers should dress professionally and bring along plenty of résumés when they stop by the Manchester job fair taking place Saturday, March 31 at Manchester Community College.

Recruiters for more than 75 area companies will be on-site from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., looking to fill a wide range of positions ranging from management to entry level.

Nationally certified résumé writers from the Connecticut Department of Labor will be on hand to help jobseekers who would like their résumés reviewed and critiqued at no cost. 

For candidates who want to apply for positions online, the Department of Labor’s mobile Career Express will be on-site throughout the event.  Career Express staff can also answer questions and provide resources to job fair participants.

The Manchester job fair is being sponsored by the Connecticut Department of Labor along with Manchester Community College and The Journal Inquirer.
