Directions to the New London CT Works Center
Shaw's Cove Six, New London, CT 06320   
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

From Danielson/Putnam
Take Route I-395 South to Exit 78 (left hand exit). Follow the connector to Route 32. Continue on Route 32 past the Coast Guard Academy (on your left) and follow the signs for downtown New London. As you enter New London, Route 32 becomes Eugene O'Neill Drive. Follow Eugene O'Neill Drive straight through two lights. Go straight through the next stop sign. Continue straight at the next light. At the next light, turn left onto Tilley St. At the next light (one block down on Tilley St.), turn right onto Bank St. (Fire department on your right) Go straight at the next light (brick building on your left). Take next left into the Shaw's Cove complex. As you proceed on the drive, Building Six is the brick building on your left. Turn left into the Building Six parking lot. Visitor parking is available in the front of the building. Additional parking is available on your right as you followed the complex road toward Building Six.

From Groton
Take I-95 South, towards New London.  Get in the right hand lane of I-95 going over the Gold Star Bridge to New London.  Take the first exit off I-95 as you come over the Gold Star Bridge into New London.  The exit splits three ways.  Get in the left lane of the exit and follow the sign that says "Downtown New London".  The "Downtown New London" exit will put you on Eugene O'Neill Drive.  Follow Eugene O'Neill Drive to the end, which is Tilley Street.  Turn left on Tilley Street.  Take your first right turn onto Bank Street.  Follow Bank Street through the first stoplight, which is when you cross Howard Street.  After crossing Howard Street you will see a grassy field on your left with a three story brick and glass building on it.  The three story building is Shaw's Cove Six.  Turn left into the driveway at your first left where you see the "Shaw's Cove" Brick entrance sign.  The entrance to Connecticut Works is on the side of the building facing away from the street.  It is separate from the main entrance to the building.

From New Haven
Take Route I-95 North to Exit 82 (Broad St. Exit). Take a right off the exit onto Broad St. Proceed straight through the first light. At the next light, take a right onto Colman St. (Car dealers on all four corners as you make the turn). Follow Colman St. to the end (intersection of Route1). Take a left. Proceed through four traffic lights. After proceeding through the fourth light (Dime Bank) take your first right into the Shaw's Cove complex. As you proceed on the drive, Building Six is the brick building on your left. Turn left into the Building Six parking lot. Visitor parking is available in the front of the building. Additional parking is available on your right as you followed the complex road toward Building Six.

From Hartford
Take Route 2 East. After the Colchester exits, bear right to Route 11. Proceed to the end of the
expressway. Take a left. Proceed to the intersection of Route 85. Take a right. Proceed on Route 85 (you will pass through the towns of Salem, Chesterfield, and Waterford) to the intersection of Colman St. (Michael's car dealership will be directly across the street). Take a right. Follow Colman St. to the end (intersection of Route 1). Take a left. Proceed through four traffic lights. After proceeding through the fourth light (Dime Bank) take your first right into the Shaw's Cove complex. As you proceed on the drive, Building Six is the brick building on your left. Turn left into the Building Six parking lot. Visitor parking is available in the front of the building. Additional parking is available on your right as you followed the complex road toward Building Six.
